Cancellation Policy
Sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel.
No shows, Cancellations, or Reschedules within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment have a 25% cancellation fee. For appointments that are rescheduled, the fee will be deducted from the total of your service at the time of the new appointment.
If you’re running more than 30 mins late for a hair service or 10 mins for a brow service, you may be asked to reschedule.
If you are running late or unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Kiki at 910.548.2851 as soon as possible to reschedule.
